Mut lineup
I keep getting booted back to the main menu when I try to go to my lineup, can anyone help me resolve this? also I took everything off of Troy Vincent and still can’t get in

Take a look at the thread here. This may have to do with certain chemistries you have equipped on some players.
how do i play online? i did everything in the youtube video and i called into playstation network. they told me to check with EA sports because i keep getting error messages when trying to log on

Which mode are you trying to play and what error messages are you seeing?
im trying to play head to head online and it keeps saying " ea servers are not available try back later " so then i called playstation and they said it will be 3 business days after they investigate. then i signed up for EA play which will cancel very soon because i was told i dont need that to play online. i also scan the QR code that i was prompted to do a million times but still no luck

Thanks for getting back to me. Go into your network settings on your PS and let me know what it says for the NAT type.
Also, have you tried using different teams in head to head? Just want to rule out that it might be related to a specific team.You can also try clearing the system cache and rebuild the database. Those instructions can be found here.
