MUT MVP Bundle Items and Madden Points on Wrong Game Version (PS5 vs PS4)
I've been back and forth with EA support (cases #188669584 and #189964809) and Sony support for nearly a month now with no resolution. I'm trying to get my MVP items on my PS5 version of the game instead of the PS4 version I logged into first by accident (downloaded wrong version) and have no intention of playing. I want to play MUT on PS5 but have been waiting for this. The EA help team is offloaded to a Middle Eastern country that does not understand, keep attempting to placate me by assuring me a fix is on the way, and doing nothing but point the finger "at the retailers"
It's not about missing preorder content from Sony. It is that the MVP content, on the same account but wrong MUT sub-account (PS4 version) has the Madden points and awarded items. I don't want them there, I want them on the version I would actually play on the PS5 which is a separate MUT sub-account on the EA servers.

If you pre-ordered Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4, but waited to play the game first on PlayStation 5, you will still receive the content on the applicable account."
These are the items I am expecting as a paying customer unable to play after paying over 2 months ago:

・Three-Day Early Access
・Early Access Ultimate Team Challenges
・4600 Madden Points
・AKA Player Item
Again, the items are on the PS4 MUT sub-account, delete it there and add it on the PS5 MUT sub-account on the EA servers. It's all under the same PSN and EA account OGwawa.
It's EA servers, not Sony the retailers issue. The deluxe PS5 game is working just fine, it's on EA servers running MUT that is the issue. Please let me know what to do, I've spent far too long on this and any time I've been on chat or email with "EA Help" I've just become more frustrated and nowhere close to a resolution
