Mut not working

I have not been able to play any game mode in mut for a week. Anytime I select a game mode it says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” This has caused me to miss out on a slew of rewards including mut champs, seasons, zero chill, and all of the field passes. I have contacted ea help multiple times and they have not come up with a solution. They say the development team is aware of the ongoing issue but have not posted about anything on their twitter. It is extremely frustrating to watch my team fall behind with no fault of my own.
