My Ranking Reset back to bronze in MUT h2h ranked

I just won a game and my ranking reset back to bronze. I have a clip of the entire game and my ranking was Hero before the game and immediately after its now bronze. My record is 25-3 and im bronze now.

How can I get this resolved?
