NFL Combine Player Upgrade Tokens Disappeared

When I saw that the NFL Combine Upgrade Token Fantasy Packs were leaving the store, I made sure to buy 3 extras, so I could upgrade my players.

Today, when they left the store, they disappeared from my unopened packs list.  It shows 5 unopened packs, and then when I click through to open them, it only shows , with all 3 Combine Token packs disappearing.  

This promo is bad enough, as the content effectively expires in two weeks, and becomes comparative trash once these tokens go away.  In anticipation of that, I prepared by buying the upgrade tokens yesterday, only to have the, vanishingly today when I wanted to use them.

Please fix this problem, as I assume it would happen even if I tried to exchange my other token and didn’t immediately open the pack.  Please also note, this problem is not unique to me, but anyone that bought this pack in anticipation of the leaving the store, but had not yet made their selection.
