Not receiving rewards from Team Pass

Question

Of the 10,000 gripes I have with this game that I constantly look past, this one (because it involves money,) I can't look past and need it addressed. I bought the team pass at the beginning of this newest season and am currently a level 30 or 31. I haven't received any of the packs that were supposed to be rewards in Ultimate Team from leveling up. I'm not sure about the coins, because I haven't counted what I have compared to what I should have after the rewards are earned, but, if i was a betting man, I'd say it's a safe bet that I haven't received those either.

I finish a game or challenge and level up, the rewards appear all funky every time I level up in Team pass and in the end, I don't have the packs that I should be receiving. What's annoying is that this is a service I paid money for, so it's kind of inexcusable. I can't be the only one experiencing this, right?

I've attached a few of the example screenshots/ photos I've taken of how it looks as it occurs. This also happened with the last season pass, but i looked past it because I was being a bum about having to put effort into crafting a ticket. Is there a way for EA to check into this for me and give me what I paid for?

I have been having the same issue i can guarantee from all the packs that I have not received that I was supposed to from leveling up from season 5 all the way to season 7 it's at least $200 worth of packs that I should have had and yes I too have put a lot of money out to have them they need to get their stuff together it's not fair to us gamers especially for the ones that are spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game each and every month

Same contacted EA and they did absolutely nothing. Thinking it’s time to dispute the charges for not receiving what I paid for.&nbsp;

Is this the 10$ joint before the prem pass that you buy also? Cause I don’t get ishh either . They be killing us with bad packs bad rerolls it’s sad!

Same! At this point I have looked up ways to find packs and they say there's a section in the binder for unopened packs but it's always at 0. It's a slap in the face.
