I’ve been trying to play ultimate team and it keeps saying “our servers can not process your request at this time” and it’s really making me mad since I’m three levels away from being able to get the lvl 40 special offer and it won’t let me play anything really pissing me off

The game is still performing Server Maintenance. We ask that players give it a bit more time to finish up.
After the maintenance is completed, if you try to log back in and get errors, close the game down and try again. If you see any errors that are not related to MUT servers or EA Servers, please tag me and post a screenshot.

My EA Account randomly says restricted when I’ve been play for the last 2 days and it randomly kicked me out of mut a couple hours ago and it looked like my level restarted for no reason. I did nothing wrong pls help
Community ManagerDatboyquess Close the game down completely. Make sure your game isn't logged in at all. Reboot your PC/console, and load the game again.
Make sure the game has no updates before you log in. If you get that error again, take a screenshot of it and tag me and let me know here.
What if you have gamepass ultimate thru a 4k Fire Stick on a TV. How would you reboot? It's unlike a console or PC
Community Managerz3bernzfu1ep then you have to reset your internet connection. Even with a Fire Stick, you can still close the game and reopen it. I would turn off the internet on the TV or however you have it connected and just restart the TV and the however you have the internet hooked up.
