[Old Report] Servers cannot process your request at this time

I keep getting the following error:

Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.

this happens when I try to play anything in ultimate team. I also tried superstar mode and it’s stuck on the main screen. Btw I’m on Xbox.

Hi @heaven4242, Can you try generating a new lineup in MUT and confirm if the error message continues?

@Chisella Ok nice... can you have a look on it? Some people have the same issue with telekom provider to came in MUT. Moblie hotspot and landline network. I have tested with an mobile hotspot from Telefónica Deutschland provider and it works.

@lissycortex ok i find a solution for now.." Wlan + Tcom = Disconnect + or not able to connecting. Lan + Tcom = Works for now ..but not sure how long

@Chisella ok i try it today and everything works fine with lan connection for me. So it could be in connection with an Area disturbance in my region this weekend.

Problem has been solved. It was the Area disturbance at the weekend. So everything works fine at this time.

I’m in Canada myself, using BELL internet. I can’t connect to UT today and get the “Error our servers cannot process your request right at this time. Please try again later.
What’s strange is I CAN load into my online multiuser franchises?
Anyone with a fix?
I’m on Xbox Series X as well.

Now 8 full days of no access to MUT servers.
On PS5
Can get into game. Go to play MUT and the following shows up each time.
8 freaking days!!!
