[Old Report] Servers cannot process your request at this time

I keep getting the following error:

Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.

this happens when I try to play anything in ultimate team. I also tried superstar mode and it’s stuck on the main screen. Btw I’m on Xbox.

Hi @heaven4242, Can you try generating a new lineup in MUT and confirm if the error message continues?

Its brilliant cause i cant play the only mode i want to play in this game. I can only hope they find a fix for this asap.

And same "Telekom Problem" as I said, has been already in Madden 24 for months. Why can't they get rid of this and finally solve this issue?

Crazy how their only solution is to enter ultimate team to fix your problem of not beeing able to enter ultimate team. Classic EA disaster sfuff

@Errossayz Das bin ich auch und ich komme auch nicht rein. Habe es dann über meine Frau probiert die bei Aldi Talk ist und es hat funktioniert. Es liegt also an der Telekom. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit das EA und die Telekom das untereinander gefixt bekommen? Ich glaube wir können da nix machen, weil Internet geht ja.

@Errossayz Okay, ja hab mir schon gedacht dass es wieder mit Telekom zu tun hat. Auch gerade mit Support telefoniert aber er war der festen Überzeugung, dass es nicht an der Telekom liegt lol.

Hallo EA,
there is an server issue between EA and Provider German Telekom
Since yesterday this
“Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request At This Time”
appieared when we would lock into Ultimate Team.
So we tested with a mobile hotspot that is not Provider German Telekom and then everything is fine and we can get into Ultimate Team.
Can you try to fix this?
