[Old Report] Servers cannot process your request at this time

I keep getting the following error:

Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.

this happens when I try to play anything in ultimate team. I also tried superstar mode and it’s stuck on the main screen. Btw I’m on Xbox.

Hi @heaven4242, Can you try generating a new lineup in MUT and confirm if the error message continues?

@Chriso91 Yes I am also in Germany. This can been an issue already the whole year here and there in Madden 24. That's just their bad servers in Europe, they don't care about us. US kids can play...

@leondressel Have the same problem on PS5. Tried different networks, different connections and even re-installed the game, without any success.

I'm also from Germany... So we can't expect a quick solution for this problem?! If I had the same problem last year with madden 24 an there was no support, it definitly would have been my last madden...

Customer Support from EA cant help either.... tbh they seem clueless. The guy told me to fix the problem i need to open the ultimate team mode... Yeah Sure i mean.... HOW?

@Baer667 Friday all was fine by me. Everything works. Yesterday we have a Telekom issue in Frankfurt place. Maybe this could be the problem right now. So internet works already but no login to Ultimate Team..
