MUT Error - Our servers cannot process your request at this time

I continue to get the error code above on everything game mode in ultimate team, I cannot do challenges, season, solo seasons, h2h it will load the game and or countdown until I get an online opponent and then when it pairs me the code comes up and it is only in ultimate team mode, if I go to regular online mode h2h the game will load and I can play I am only going through this on everything inside of ultimate team mode. I am playing on a ps5. I have tested the internet connection, checked the internet connection, restarted the internet, I have unplugged the PlayStation and left it unplugged over night does not work, I have deleted the game and re downloaded the game does not work I have tried everything I even went on a completely different PlayStation console and added my account and I still cannot get access to anything on ultimate team this started once the online records were reset for the new cycle and now I can’t do anything
