Playoffs Promo Welcome Back Unavailable

Summarize your bug: I have not received the Playoff Promo Welcome Pack where you can select the upgradeable Playoff Promo Players. A pack unopened notification appears in my inventory but when I open my pack menu, there are no packs there. I never received the players but I do have the upgrade tokens I'd like to use. It is possible I quicksold the Playoff Promo player by mistake, but I do not recall ever receiving the players in the firstplace. If I did quicksell them by mistake, I would like to exchange the cost of the quicksell to return it, since I think it is unfair I was even able to quicksell it by mistake.

How many packs do you currently have unopened? I am listed as having 1 pack unopened, but the pack is nowhere in my inventory to be opened.
