If I buy the premium pass later, do I get previous rewards?

MUT Season 3 has a new premium field pass. Is it just next gen because I can’t find it on PS4. No one on Twitter or any other forum will give me clean answers.
Doesn't seem very fair does it , and all the FAIR PLAY speeches and policy ea is suppose to have
