Summarize your bug Server Error. Seem like server timeout.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering any Online Game-Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? No connection
What do you expect to see? Getting into online game modes

So basically I can‘t connect play any online modes. Tried MUT and online Head2Head. When i try entering the mode it takes ages only to get the Error that I can‘t connect to the servers and I should try again later. Already tried troubleshooting it (Restart Wifi, clearing the cache, different connection) but nothing worked. Currently re-installing the game. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I am located in Germany if that helps.

    Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
    Which part of the mode? The whole thing
    Summarize your bug Had been able to log in, just had to log out of PC access and then game would allow me to play on Series S
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. It doesn’t work. Says the the EA Servers are not available
    What do you expect to see? I can gain access back to servers on Xbox Series S to play game.

    I had been able to switch back and forth between my PC and Xbox as I have 2 separate copies of the game on the same account as the systems are separate from one another. I also know that the Xbox platform is separate from PC with regards to MUT because of AH and I could turn off cross play and only play against other Xbox.

    I was able to access this all the way until this past Friday when we got an update and have not been able to log in and play on my Xbox since, but I can still play CFB25, I have not lost access to that at all. I dont know if this is an Xbox wide issue or just a few of us.

    Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as I was trying to document and be able to share with people the difference in the console and PC throughout the year.
