Re: I did not receive the free card from the MCS Twitch stream.

I recieved no credit for watching the whole thing and thus got no drops. This is especially important because i did not get the 90 overall MCS FS and all the MCS players go into a set at the end so this effectively screws me over. I've rarely had twitch drop issues in the past, just sometimes a delay in getting items but never this long and never just straight up not getting credit for watching.

Ive put in a ticket with EA and they keep marking it as resolves with no other corespondence. I've tried to navitage making a claim on twitch but it seems to only let you make claims a handful of amazon specific games. Am I out of luck or is there any other way to petition to get my drops (namely the MCS player as I do not care about packs all that much)
