I didn't receive my rewards from Solo Battles, I was at Legend Rank and I didn't receive anything at all

I got legend in solo battles last week and never received my rewards. It’s been a week
My solo battles are not working and haven’t been for 2 weeks now I play on Xbox One and would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me what is going on because I don’t pay almost 70 bucks not to play what I paid for come on this is ridiculous
