Solo battles are down 4/14/2025

When trying to go in to solo battles game says "servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." and boots you to home screen. Tried everything listed with no luck.

Did absolutely nothing. My shocked face 😑

The error occurs when you access the Solo Battles menu. I don’t have any insight to the code, but I would assume:  Just accessing this menu does not query your team data. That would occur when you launch the game. 

You guys should focus on the teams uploaded to game server. The teams that were invalid had issues with the AP limit. 

It seems the teams were created prior to AP abilities being downgraded. So those teams could not take the field as their AP surpassed current limits. 

I’m getting the exact same message since yesterday afternoon. It’s the “our servers cannot process your request…..”nonsense. I’m personally not a savvy person when it comes to anything computer related. All I know is that it hasn’t allowed me to get into the solo battles part of the game. I can get into everything else. I’ve changed my lineup multiple times and it’s not doing anything. I’m NOT saying that anyone here asking any questions is shady but I’m not really comfortable sharing a bunch of my personal info. EA, you guys can see anything you want, I’m just a little reserved because I’m no good with computers. 

I’m on the PS5 and my ID is: CornPancakes5656 If someone from EA says it’s safe to give any other info, I reluctantly will. This is pretty unfair to everyone who pays their hard earned money and like most other incidents, we’re not getting what we are paying for. I DO NOT want to sound like a **bleep** but, for the most part, EA doesn’t have to wait to collect our money.

Wait, I said that I DO NOT want to sound like a J E R K and that got edited?!?!? I called myself that and my own comment WHICH ISN’T A CUSS word got edited? Wow. 

I am also having issues getting into solo battles. I have made a new team both from scratch and automatic I am on PS 5. 

Still unable to access solo battles when I click on it it just reads "our servers cannot process your request at this time" ive generated a new team ive put in all base players only to get the same result over and over

So I did a little more research on my assumption that team data is not queried when accessing the menu. 

I invalidated my lineup by removing my QB1. I then went into the “Solo Seasons” menu to see if I got message about my invalid lineup at this point. 
I received no warning. This leads me to believe my assumption that user lineups are not causing this issue  

Upon trying to launch game from “Solo Seasons” menu I got message about invalid lineup. 
So if this error was due to user line up issues it would occur at game launch, as that’s when your team data is queried.

When the error happens, I assume the team data on server is being queried. I have already reported on issues with the team data on your servers in this thread. 

This is such a joke and nonsense figure out wth is going on not on our end but on Ea's end get the stuff together and stop blaming our systems and settings and team setups when it has everything to do with EA servers not our Xbox or PlayStation now you want us to create new rosters this that and the other this is highly unacceptable after 3 days get it together EA it's always some B's on y'all end do better
