Solo Battles no progress/stuck unranked

Is any1 reading something here??

It's day 5 and I'm still not able to progress in solo battles....

I played a few solo battles on Friday, but have not had access to additional matchups since. When accessing solo battles, I can only see my rank and the top 100. Please help. I would like to reach legend before the week ends.

No opponents for over a week. No way to contact EA. Bot says Madden 25 not available for PlayStation 5.

Summarize your bug 3 of my last 4 Solo Seasons have resulted in the game crashing after having played over 20 games. If you are going to make it take 30+ games to get your rewards, the game needs to be able to get through them without a crash being the reason you don't get max rewards. This game is consistently broken and has been for years.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a better job of coding, so the game actually functions.
What happens when the bug occurs? Either the game does not track and gives you a loss after you win. Or it just freezes and you have to quit while winning, which results in giving you a loss.
What do you expect to see? I want Compensation for wasting our time and effort. The rewards for solo game play are pathetic. Playing over 30 games takes a lot of time. Winning 20 games then getting eliminated by a glitch that stops you from getting to your rewards should not happen in a game made by a company with exclusive rights to make an NFL sim.

I've had the same issue.  Just go frozen again when about to win the 30th game.  I don't expect games to be perfect, but it is incredibly frustrating to have that time essentially wasted.  I understand not letting cheaters and bots dupe the system, but the "protections" against that seem to only punish the legit players when there's any type of issue.

This has happened to me since the game launched in August. I keep waiting for a fix on this glitch. I play solo battles and rank up but every time the week ends I get no rewards. EA needs to fix this issue and give make rights to players that his has happened too. It is almost the super bowl and this issue is still not fixed. EA DO YOUR JOB!

Same, I got locked out and Saturday of this week. No technical support what so ever for this problem. Anytime I have opened a ticket it gets closed with "No Fix" as the result.
