Solo battles not giving rewards for ranking up.

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug I am not receiving rewards for ranking up in Solo Battles.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rank up in solo battles.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive the rewards.
What do you expect to see? Gold and pack rewards.

Mut 25 solo battles are not giving the pack or gold rewards.

    Same happened to me two weeks ago. I played a few solo battles on that Friday, but was not provided with additional matchups after.

    My username is Grey_gander. This week, I am able to play Solo Battles. However I am unranked and am not given the rank rewards that I have earned. I hope EA can resolve this. This is the third time this has happened.

    I am not receiving any of the rewards for completing the rank levels. Also the points are there but not showing when I complete the game.  Please fix. And credit my account with the rewards.  This year's glitches are becoming very frustrating and they never stop .
