I also missed out on rewards last week for Solo Battles because of a "Error: Server cannot process request error" when the reward screen popped up.
This week, locked out of Solo Battles completely. Same bug as several other times in Madden 25.
It's telling that the offline modes (solo battles, solo seasons, solo challenges) are not priority for the MUT team. The issues are consistent and continuous yet we have never received any resolution, communication or make rights for these matters. The store updating and/or issues with actual monetary implications take precedence every single time. I would never recommend this game title to anyone that is looking for an offline option. And no, I don't want to provide my username, console and pictures because it doesn't seem to make a difference.
