I’m not getting my midfield packs from the team pass is this just me?

Contacting EA help just gets you a bunch of people who have English as a second language. I actually kind of feel bad for them because they can't actually fix anything. After 20+ emails they escalated the issue and escalation told me to come post on the forums because they couldn't do anything. What is the point of having EA Help if they don't actually allow them to help?
