TOTW Bundle incorrect contents

today on 1/08/2025 at 5;12pm i bought the TOTW Bundle for 8900 points in the madden mut team store, in this bundle theres a pack hat was suppose to contain 2 94s and i was supposed to get the option ...

    @EA_Kent I video recorded my last bundle opening if that would be helpful. I bought a total of 3 bundles. Two on drop day and one yesterday( I thought it was potentially fixed).

      This also occurred to me during zero chill. I was supposed to be given an option. It was a one time offer so I was unable to go back and take a picture of the pack description.

    Kent, it’s the beginning of a new week. Where do we stand on this issue? The LTD’s are out of packs and that’s the main reason any of us bought the bundle. Can we expect a make right anytime soon?
