I hit you guys up August 13th. I still haven’t gotten anything from my deluxe pre-order. I got the alumni’s but never got my aka or my 4600 points. Now I’m not getting my rookie premiers. And I still can’t get anything from ea except you guys closing my case right after I open it. Yet, you guys “stand by your games.”
