Still waiting...   For some reason I can't chat with an advisor anymore? Why is that? I was in a chat yesterday and asked for a supervisor. Next thing I know the chat is ended and I can't start another one since. Complete silence from EA. Does anyone else have this problem? Or was my not taking the answer to wait or that I couldn't talk to a supervisor get me banned from advisor chats? All I want is my content like everyone else and this happening again is not acceptable.
