@EA_BlitzSo is the policy of EA to go into radio silence on these types of situations? It sure seems that way.
If I stop spending cash for cards it may not be felt, but as more people become disillusioned with your company and its procedures you will see more people leaving. How about breaking the silence and informing the community what's happening and if its nothing at least that's an answer.
I was hoping that with the new content that came out today things would be corrected yet here we are with the same issues that have been happening since I started playing MUT in Madden 24 and is ongoing even including in CUT. This means its company wide and EA has NO voice to dispel these concerns of the community.
I really want a reason to continue to play both MUT and CUT but when these types of issues come about taking so much time to resolve them is what's insane. Make no mistake everyone that plays Madden or CFB knows for a fact things will happen again and from my stand point I have zero faith that things will be resolved in a timely manner. Prove me wrong and fix things.
