EA needs to fix this once and for all.  In fact, for all of the delays and multiple screw-ups regarding the roll-out of these rewards, they should grant everyone all 3 of the upgraded (87 OVR) UA players.  It's obvious that the system that they use to determine who is eligible for these rewards is broken beyond belief and this is the only way to make it fair.
