I completed described in this post & I've opened cases with customer service. I can't get help from EA Customer service. The only thing I received is Nacua and 2 Chemistry tokens. I DID NOT get anything else that is listed in this post. This is INSANITY!! Now, I can't access SETS...so friggin frustrating
