Dear EA Sports Support,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issue regarding my missing in-game items. Despite purchasing the game with Early Access, I have still not received the following items that I am rightfully owed:
All three Rookie Premieres
32 Team Chems
Puka Nakua
Christian Watson
Ultimate Alumni players
This has been an ongoing issue, and frankly, it's unacceptable. I expected to receive these items promptly, especially given that I paid extra for Early Access. The fact that I am still waiting for this content after weeks is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not just about the inconvenience – it feels like I’m being neglected as a customer who trusted your platform enough to pre-purchase the game.
I’ve invested both time and money into this game, and yet, I’m being left behind while other players are able to access content that should have been available to me from day one. How is this fair?
I demand that this issue be addressed immediately, and that I receive the missing content as soon as possible. Your delay is impacting my ability to fully enjoy the game, and I expect proper compensation for the inconvenience caused by this.
