@EA_Aljo Opening a case gets you exactly no we're. After being told it's a known issue and there is nothing they can do for the UA issue or the Season One Xp item both of which are earned in CUT, they send me here. Now you're telling us that we need to go back to @eahelp This seems to be a circular way to avoid fixing these issues, yet a glitch that some people are taking advantage of is fixed with minutes of being discovered. Tomorrow will be a full week and they issues aren't fixed and there is no word on and update. Silence is deadly in customer service!!
