Finally figured how to to talk to a representative just to realize the loop also. Its terrible and by the time we may get these players they'll be useless.

😂😂 yea this is crazy. Opened a case and was told to do all the solos and get to level 20 on cfb. MAN! I know! Been done before madden launch. EA has no touch with reality or its customer base. Why do you guys have to be so horrible to work with?

No one wants to even bother with it at this point. Customer service sends you here, community managers tell you to open a case, customer service sends you back here. I doubt we're getting these, and there's zero recourse.

I opened a chat off of my support case I had opened. This was their initial response:
Thank you for sharing and explaining this. I understand this is an ongoing issue for a lot of players, currently we are not able to grant any of these missing items as we do not have access yet. It gives me no pleasure in advising you guys that we advisors are not able to fix this yet.
So here we are still waiting. The EA Community managers tell us to go to support and support is unable to help. Certainly someone that cares from EA would agree and see how this could be a frustrating experience? The person I talked with on chat did indicate that support gets updates every so often and that they were advised that the fix is still in progress - so it's a known issue and they had no ETA and there is nothing support can do to help.

- Are you getting an error message? No, Im not receiving an error message I don't have the content when I load into Madden 25. I am level 46 in CUT.
- Does this only happen in one game mode? I currently play MUT only
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
1. I went back into CUT mode in NCAA 25 to ensure I've completed all objectives and completed the most recent UA tasks.
2. I opened NCAA 25 connected and switched over to Madden 25 to see if it was a sync issue - If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
1. Shows no items able to be added in MADDEN 25
2. Shows all Items received and completed in NCAA 25 CUT mode and currently on level 46 (plus I preorder)

Yes they know it's an endless loop and they don't care!! Evidence of this is the MULTIPLE PEOPLE that have sent similar messages without any resolution. I offered a way to fix at least the XP item missing and that's to put the item in the store in CUT for people who have reached level 20 to buy it for 1 coin. All I got in return was the cookie cutter one button push answer from EA Help. They are all useless IMO.

It’s weird at the beginning of mut 25 I received a pack with only two players took lb rb by had to wait till i think thursday i randomly got the third but i still have not received the XP bonus or my RP didnt realize how random it is in wich they roll ish out

I’m having the same issue. Have 2/3 UA, no RP. Ea has been garbage with their communication.
