Ultimate Alumni Rewards Update

Why is ea sports so horrible. I have been kicked from the game everytime I make the playoffs. Everybody I play has received there 85 ovr ultimate alumni, yet I haven’t. This will be the last ea game I purchase u have to spend hundreds of dollars just to be able to compete.. but why spend hundreds if the game is horse sh*t? You don’t even get what you pay for why keep spending money on something that is a continious money hassle. Why can they drop new content but not give me the content I should already have. It’s obvious ea is is taking advantage of low iq people who think spending money on already exspensive games is normal. Keep it up ea!!!
