I've opened several cases for this and the reply says waiting on player. waiting on me to do what exactly? the game has been out for a week and only certain people has been able to complete the alumni set in madden 25.

@PUO34 Find the email from EA help and respond to it and that seems to out the issue back in their court. Worth a try
