On Good Morning Madden this morning they stated the issue with the Ultimate Alumni crossover rewards has finally been resolved. The cases I submitted were even closed resolved. However I am still sitting here missing one of the three packs I earned! Chatted live with two different reps from EA and both pretty much told me sucks to suck. Asked if they would do anything to show good customer support like issue a player card of my choosing, which I know they can do because they do it everyday on GMM. But nope nothing! Sorry about your luck “we know it’s frustrating” blah blah blah! Stand behind your product and your customers and do what’s right and fix the issue and go the extra mile and do extra for them!
