Ultimate Team Squads Unplayable Lag/Delay

This is a long recurring issue from even last Madden with many of my friends and myself. When we play mut squads, every once in awhile one of us will be up to 10 seconds behind the rest of the players. You haven't even broke the huddle on your screen and the play is already happening. This makes playing it impossible. One of my friends it happens constantly and he has quit playing it because of the reason (he is on PC). It has started happening to me too and I'm on Xbox. Is there any known fix?
