Ultimate team

In ultimate team I have at least won like 100 game and loses but it after I finish the game it doesn’t register them it only does when I quit or the other person does Plese fix this I have spent a lot of money on this game and if this problem is not fixed in a couple days becasue it’s been like this for a couple months I would like a refund for my money back
