I got to chat with a live person on the EA Help website and was told by the advisor he personally didn't know about this issue. While I find it hard to believe I just asked for the community be updated about the solo battles here somewhere in one of the several threads on this problem. He took forever to answer and told me he escalated it up the chain. For whatever that worth if anything, I can hope he did and hope it hasn't fallen on deaf ears.
On this and all the many issues with MUT, EA just do better!!

Same here - useless chat "help", been down for 2 weeks on PS5 - I just see the ranks and leaderboard.
