Unable To Access Solo Battles

I got to chat with a live person on the EA Help website and was told by the advisor he personally didn't know about this issue. While I find it hard to believe I just asked for the community be updated about the solo battles here somewhere in one of the several threads on this problem. He took forever to answer and told me he escalated it up the chain. For whatever that worth if anything, I can hope he did and hope it hasn't fallen on deaf ears.

On this and all the many issues with MUT, EA just do better!!

Summarize your bug Two weeks ago, I played a few games, and then it went to the final screen and never let me finish my solo battles. It just gave me the screen that appears when you finish. At reset, I had games. I played one game. When I came back later, it was the final screen again with no way to complete the remaining 28 solo battles. That is two weeks that I couldn’t do this. Two weeks without prizes and rewards for reaching legend. Solo battles is why I bought the game, and now I can’t play it. I’m very angry. When will this be fixed? Second, I reported this and nothing is being done.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me it is a matter of playing one or two games and returning later and the games are just gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have already explained. However, as I said, I play one or two solo battles. I come back later to play more, and it is the final screen with no option to play the rest of my 27-28 games. I am not the only one with this issue. Look at the threads.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my solo battles, so I can play them.

The attached is the final screen that appears when I come back after playing one or two games.  I can’t complete solo battles, and that is the main part I play. 

Same here - useless chat "help", been down for 2 weeks on PS5 - I just see the ranks and leaderboard.

Have not been able to play solo battles for three days. Just keep getting this screen. Is someone working on this? 

Just chiming in to say I'm also having this issue and have for the past two weeks. I play a few Solo Battles and then quit the game, when booting up again and going to Ultimate Team I get hit with a blank Reward screen then get the same results page everyone else has posted already. It's like this every time I go to play the game until the weekly reset where I'm guessing it will happen again after I play a few Solo Battles. It's kind of making me consider not playing the game at all.

Even after an all day shutdown and an announcement that it is being worked on Solo Battles and now Season 3 Tickets are still not working.  The S3 update seems to have created even more issues.  Why is this year so buggy?  I've been a Madden Player Since 1999.
