Where is my 99 OVR Travis hunter for ordering the MVP bundle on the 27th?

I preordered the mvp bundle on the 27th and never received my Travis hunter token either! I’ve also messaged EA 25 times and spent hours trying to get ahold of them. TBH I’m about to retire madden and EA for good, sick of the no response help when spending $150 on something and not receiving what you advertised is BS
