After latest update it revoked my season four pass, which was previously purchased, and now I am no longer receiving my rewards. When will this be fixed and is a rip off and it’s stealing money this is not fair to loyal players, especially having already purchased it All my rewards are now locked
EA Sports...are you going to reply to this error message and provide a fix? Our well earned money was spent on your product. We expect adequate support. Please respond acknowledging EA Sports is aware of this issue and if a solution is being worked on. It is sad and very disappointing EA Sports is ignoring us. PLEASE RESPOND!!!
So I’m not the only one that’s absolutely insane dude they have daily achievements and the progress has no way of fixing itself once we pass that achievement we are just out of luck? This needs attention as soon as possible and complete BS.
How will this be addressed? Does anybody have a direct one 800 number or anything for contact purposes to bring this to EA‘s attention please help!
