Why is my record not showing on Champions leaderboard?

I'm actually thinking that EA gave me an easy schedule on purpose due to still not having my Derwin James and all the times I've contacted customer support. 19-1 would make me a top 8 play world wide.

I went 19-1 which puts me in the top 10 this week. However, I'm not showing up on the leaderboard, and my record was wiped. The most recent picture I have is when I was 17-1. You can see that I am not showing up on the leaderboard. You can see that I am 19-1 for some reason on the monthly leaderboard. My other champions games from the past weeks are completely wiped from the leaderboard. Imagine being top 10 in the world and having your record wiped. Thanks, EA. (Sarcasm)

Proof is in the images. For some reason, my record from the other weeks of the champions was deleted too. Anyone ever had this?

I've made a couple posts in different threads already. I can't seem to reach EA support. Going 19-1 puts my as a top 10 player in the world this week. But, I'm not showing up on the leaderboard. Has anyone ever had this issue?

I should be 6th-10th on the global leaderboard right now. This means that I am a top 10 player world-wide for the week. But for whatever reason, I'm not showing up on the leaderboard, and it appears that my record was wiped. My monthly leaderboard has the 19-1 record, but all the previous week's records' were wiped. I'm not having any luck contacting EA. Would be great to get some help or an explanation. Imagine finishing top-10 in the world just to have your record wiped. Good ole' Madden.
