Wrong Ranked Rewards

I received 95 ovr Darnell Washington instead of Warren Sapp. I believe I deserve this reward as it states you need 3200 rank points to get into “Top Players” rank and I had over 3600 rank points and was top 500 on the leaderboards before the rank session end. I need my Legend Rewards. Please Fix this EA
