Xbox and PS Controllers Not Working On PC

I used to bluetooth my ps4 controller to madden and it worked fine. Now when i bluetooth or plug it into my pc it doesnt recognize the controller properly, it thinks O is to select and L2 is to go ba...

@lle4p Hi there! I wanted to check in and see how things are going. Are you still experiencing any issues with the PS4 controller not responding to the game?

Yes i am. It also happens when i plug in an xbox controller too

  @lle4p Do you have the Xbox app and the Xbox accessories app installed?
  
  Have you plugged in the Xbox controller and updated the software through the Accessories app?

    Yes i have all the required apps for an xbox controller to work but it doesnt neither does a ps4 controller
