Yes i am. It also happens when i plug in an xbox controller too

@lle4p Do you have the Xbox app and the Xbox accessories app installed?
Have you plugged in the Xbox controller and updated the software through the Accessories app?Yes i have all the required apps for an xbox controller to work but it doesnt neither does a ps4 controller
Are you playing on Steam?
If yes, open up Big Picture mode and go to the controller settings.
Click Menu in the lower left and then select Controller.
You can check to make sure the button layout is correct and test the inputs outside of Madden.
