I have the same issue...really frustrating because it seems like an issue that shouldn't be happening. When you delete a character, it should, you know, delete the character. I really only play SS so I ended up just deleting my cloud and local storage like a hard reset. The game booted up like I had just bought it, but when I got to superstar, "Surpise!", my old SOI relationships were still there lol. Seems like the stuff is tied to the EA account so it can't be deleted on our side and gets retrieved from the cloud when you log in. Very strange.
