Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

Sent this to an admin as well but I feel like it should be posted publicly at this point. 

PC performance issues are a hot topic that has been addressed as something that's being fixed after the latest update. What hasn't been addressed is that we no longer have access to superstar mode at all. I only buy madden to play superstar mode. Without it being active, I have no reason to play the game that I purchased. I know many others are experiencing the same issue. Is this something that's a main priority to be resolved because currently it feels like EA doesn't care about anything other than the microtransaction side of the product it sells. Why is it that superstar being down has not been publicly acknowledged, and when will we be able to access the game mode again? This game mode has been a staple to the madden serious for well over a decade now and yet every chance EA gets it seems to find new ways to ignore. 

Ever since the update a few days ago, my Superstar mode hasn’t been working. It keeps giving me an error message “An error has occurred. Please try again.”. This problem needs to be fixed asap. 

Since the new madden 26 update has come out I'm unable to play superstar mode. every time I try to play the mode I get one of two messages either "An error has occurred. Try again later." or "Couldn't retrieve your superstar saves information. Try again later." This is the only mode it does it for as I'm able to play online ultimate team and franchise mode. To try and solve this problem I have uninstalled madden 26 two time, I have reset my Xbox series X, I have cleared local saved games and I have still not hade a solution. Any help would be appreciated as this is quite frankly unacceptable and frustrating. For a £70 game.

doing this for me too! genuinely the only other post i’ve seen about this it’s ridiculous. i’ve used a lot of stuff on my characters to not even get in the game? idek if EA is gonna do anything about it tbh 

It's the same for me, I've already complained to EA and they told me that a lot of users are going through the same issues and they are going to try and fix it. As to when that is going to happen, I don't know, your guess is as good as mine. It could be in the next few days or maybe we are gonna have to wait for the next update. But as you said, it is unacceptable, for 5 days superstar mode has become unable to use.

I have also posted this in the technical issues and a select few others have but it’s been probably 5 days or so since it’s been broken and as far as I know, no one has heard anything yet. Hopefully we get access soon

This is the only mode I really play. Madden and 2K can’t be glitchy at the same time fam 😂

I am on Xbox Series X my gamertag is TroublingJet35 and superstar mode isn't working. It just says, an error has occurred Please try again. I have tried deleting my local save files, un adding and adding my account back onto my xbox, tried clearing the console cache, clearing the blu-ray persistent storage, and i have tried using another account and it works on the other account so it is a problem with my account, please fix it. Thank you.

my superstars mode haven’t been working for the past week, I understand what’s going on but I noticed it’s been happening around me. It says “ an error has occurred. Please try again.” Can you fix this asap I payed a lot of money for this game
