Audio Bug - All Audio Gone but…

Commentary.  Literally everything drops except the commentary.  It has been happening to me consistently playing franchise games, any time I sim through a kick off.  This is a super annoying bug, I’ve played around with all settings and nothing brings the audio back outside of leaving the game.
