EA Play Pro Rewards Not Syncing - Missing All Monthly Items Since August (PC)

Hello, I am writing because my EA Play Pro rewards for Madden NFL 26 on PC have not been delivered since August 2025. I have an active EA Play Pro subscription and have logged into Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) regularly, but my entitlements are not syncing.I have contacted EA Help twice and have been through two Studio escalations. "Bumping this—it has been 8 business days since my case (#243024896) was escalated to the studio. Still no rewards. Is there a 'Make-Good' planned for players with this sync bug?".

"Chat confirmed today that Case #243024896 is an official 'issue on EA's side' but refused a supervisor. May 1st pack arrived but points are still missing. This is a total entitlement failure."

UPDATE: EA Play Pro since Aug 2025, still missing Madden 26 rewards (500 points + MUT packs). 6+ weeks, multiple cases, told it’s a sync issue but no fix. I need an actual account review, not more “wait” replies. #Madden26
