EA Play Pro Rewards Not Syncing - Missing All Monthly Items Since August (PC)

Hello,

I am writing because my EA Play Pro rewards for Madden NFL 26 on PC have not been delivered since August 2025. I have an active EA Play Pro subscription and have logged into Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) regularly, but my entitlements are not syncing.

I have contacted EA Help twice and have been through two Studio escalations. My previous case was #242319128 (closed without fix), and my current case is #243024896. 

Missing Items:

•  Monthly 500 Madden Points (August 2025 - Present)
•  Monthly MUT Packs (August 2025 - Present)
• All EA Play Pro Edition Launch Items (Season 1 Elite, Cover Athlete, XP Boosts, etc.)
• Pre-order Madden Points

I was told by support to post here so a Community Manager could investigate the account sync issue.
