Been getting this error for almost a week now. EA help chat is useless.

tried reinstalling anti cheat. nothing. tried reinstalling the games. nothing. reinstalling the ea app. nothing. the only thing that works is using a fresh install of windows and a fresh install of the ea app and game... but once i close out the applications  they wont load anymore just get this error screen over and over and over again.
