Can’t get into superstar mode error retrieving data.
As the title suggests I can’t get into superstar mode at all every single time says error retrieving data then I get a pop up up saying can’t connect to ea servers it signs me out I re sign in same **bleep** I’m currently on pc ea app never had this issue I don’t know why it’s doing this but it’s ridiculous that this game mode has so many problems.
Online H2H Errors

What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID? What is the error message you've been seeing? Roughly when did the errors start happening for you? Are you only getting the error with Online H2H, or is it happening with other game modes? This info will be helpful for us to continue looking into these errors. Thank you!
Wireless DualSense Integration on PC
Please, please, please, integrate wireless DualSense into the PC port of this game as it's super frustrating to have to be forced to use Steam Input that presents Xbox Controls when I use a PS5 controller. Yes I know the game supports the controller wired but if you are able to connect the controller through Bluetooth on your PC and have it work on most games but on this game have it only work wired it just doesn't make much sense. I feel like this could be done in one update and help a lot of people and improve QOL a lot. I don't ask for a lot EA but please.Delay of Game Glitch
So I am running accelerated clock while I play the CPU event so I can finish the event ASAP so I can receive the reward. But when I got a delay of game, the play clock is now stuck on :00 and now won't resume the game. I can still go into the pause menu and everything but can't call a timeout or anything to resolve this. I know if I restart the game it will give me a loss and have me restart the whole thing. Can I get any fix on this or have any EA support for this issue. I know very unlikely but please is there anyway. Multiple human players in an online PC franchise, and we switch teams to play each other weekly. For each of the AI teams, the coaching strategy is done when we advance each week, and we complete ours as well before switching teams to play our games. But after switching back to your original team, the coaching strategy/abilities have been completely changed (even though it had already been completed by the user) ruining the user gameplan for the week. Not to mention all the other ridiculous problems like playsheet and ability slots that should've been unlocked long ago and still aren't.Madden 26 holding EA accountable for a multi-billion dollar game that is broken.
Your game is utterly broken. People running receivers off routes 20 yards deep is sad, no flag. People using receivers to run defensive backs off coverage, no flag. People spamming the line of scrimmage and jumping back for sacks before they can even hand the ball off. Ball carriers glitching left and right horizontally, without losing any momentum, how is this physically possible in a 2026 game at stands on realism. There's better tackling mechanics in off-brand rugby games, backbreaker, ESPN 2k football and even in the UFC game. What TF are you doing with your money EA. You're supposed to be some of the smartest guys in the field and yet you can't build a game that's not broken on all sides of the field. I can't run, I can't pass, I can't defend because they're glitching. You guys need to do better, I hope you know the community discussion is that you guys might be in on it, and completely detached from the gamer experience. You guys need to pick up the controllers and play a little head head every single day, build a team, don't use your computers to manufacture a team and run out on the field like you've grinded.
"Defense Engaged" mapping functions failing to execute properly (PC).
Original link (paragraph below) appears to have been ignored/overlooked by the EA team. This has been broken since release and request that this be regarded as game-breaking (or nearly game-breaking) on the PC. By comparison, the previous editions of Madden did not have this issue; with all "defensive engaged" key commands always working as intended. Anyone else having issues with defensive controls? | EA Forums - 12456661 As indicated on the screenshot, the asterisk represents those key commands (W, A, S, D) of the advanced defense engaged selections, which do not function as indicated; and instead each of those key commands consistently performs the same action as the "F" key command (switch position/player) after the ball is hiked. Not only does this negate effectiveness of line of scrimmage play, but also moves player control to the wrong team position (while moving on the field), but can take the position player completely out of the play in terms of defensive coverage (instant broken play), depending on direction and speed intended for the original/chosen position. My keyboard and PC operate fine and show no signs of malfunction whatsoever, and keymapping is set to default. The screenshot also shows mislabeled key assignments displayed under the game's "game controls". (PC) "Defense Engaged", Speed rush and switch player are both assigned mid-mouse button or F key. That's not gonna work very well for anyone. And that's also what they call "screwing up a glass of water". Playing pass rush/run stop from the D-Line or linebacker is very diminished compared to previous Madden editions-almost totally broken, other than general movement. Playing defense, successful intended actions are almost entirely dependent on (AI) moves to penetrate/disrupt pass/run plays at the line of scrimmage . It is fair to say that this has been game breaking for this (otherwise) intended/featured choice of gameplay against the AI/computer. There is also creates distinct, competitive disadvantage while playing H2H in MUT, against players using game pads and/or anyone with a preference/proficiency while playing pass coverage or playing off/away from the line of scrimmage. Because of this it is far less appealing to play MUT H2H, let alone the entire game itself.
