Bugged Packs not giving Correct rewards ?

Has anybody else had this issue of the pack being bought not giving the rewards advertised ? Back on March 18th bought the collectors series aka pro snap bundle pack  it advertised 4 packs of 1 of 2 95+ CS players. It gave me 94s and all the same at that. 

late posting because I’ve been going back and forth with support for the past month and keep getting the runaround on help and they just told me to post on the forum to get a quicker response. So please let me know if you’ve ran into this issue
